This site uses CSS for layout and php for modularity. There is a separate style sheet for printing, which produces serif text (more readable than sans-serif on the printed page) and ignores navigation. On the printed version, links are underlined and the URL they link to is printed next to them for easy reference.

The design is accessible, with semantically-appropriate tags, alt-text where appropriate, and a clean layout.
